As a performer I’ve learned to appreciate the body as an instrument that deserves daily care - consequently bodywork has always played an essential part in my life.
Through my training in various Martial Arts, Dance, Fencing, Pilates, Tai Chi and Qi Gong it was only a matter of time until I became interested in learning how to help heal the body… and now I've been doing it just about 20 years!
Having earned certifications from the TAO HEALING ARTS CENTER in Santa Monica and the CALIFORNIA HEALING ARTS COLLEGE in West-LA I’ve learned to draw from the modalities of Shiatsu, Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Integration and Reiki and blend them according to clients' needs and desires.
Receiving a Tantra session many years ago affected me so deeply on a personal level that I decided to learn the exquisite Art of Tantra Massage at the Tantra Center in Berlin to be able to integrate it into my own bodywork practice.
To further gain greater understanding of the spiritual aspect of Tantra I've been studying SkyDancing Tantra and have taken all cycles of the Love & Ecstasy Training taught by founder Margot Anand and Jelle Bode as well as Steve and Lokita Carter of the Institute for Ecstatic Living in Harbin Springs, CA where I have also been assisting workshops for continued personal growth...
As a former musician I also felt inspired to learn about Sound & Vibrational Healing with Tibetan Singing bowls from Master Teacher Suren Shrestha and combine this with elements from Craniosacral Therapy - a very powerful duo: subtle in its application, profound in its effect!
